In typical GymRatZ fashion we're brutally honest about all products we sell & would typically only offer products we'd be happy to use ourselves. The i-Row is a bit of a conundrum for us - it's certainly great value for money & the best rower on the market within this price range. However, none of us would choose to own one. That said, the air resistance is smooth and the build quality good, as you'd expect of Reebok. So, why should you buy the i-Row? The i-Row makes the ideal companion to the other i-series range of products & subsequently would come recomended for those participating in combination interval training (or if you're just after a bit of workout variety). The serious rower should review the Water-Rower.
