York G2 Cast Iron 20Kg Olympic Weight (x1)

20Kg York Barbell G2 Easy Grip Cast Iron Weight Plates (priced/sold as a single weight plate) - the weight plate of choice for easy handling. No thicker than other generally available cast iron olympic weight plates they feature a unique lock together shape to reduced movement on the bar and ensuring all plates remain corectly orientated with the solid portion of the plate below the centre hole for maximum load capacity and the Easy-Grip contoured handles at the top to facillitate ease of loading and unloading machines, bars etc.

The cut-out handles of the York G2 weight plates make handling them much easier, for example carrying 2 x 20Kg plates one in each hand is very easy and can be used as an exercise similar to farmers walk in it's own right. The cut-outs also interlock with similar plates of the same size reducing space taken up on the weightlifting bar, and to add to that they also create "finger space" under the edge therby enabling the user to pick up 20Kg plates left face down on the floor with ease.
