Olympic Multi-Grip Swiss Bar
Swiss BarReview submitted on 14th February 2012 by Progressive Training Systems We've been using this bar regularly for nearly two years now, and it's sturdy build feels like it's good for another twenty. This bar takes a large amount of stress out of the shoulders when pressing, but also is slightly more unstable than a straight bar so it forces more tension in the grip, which is great! |
