PLEASE NOTE . We do not store any customers data, e-mail addresses, or any other details and do not have any mailing or advertising lists. ALL contact details will ONLY be used in relation to your order, they will not we divulged to any third parties, and will not be stored on any media that is viewable by anyone other than the staff at Gym Ratz. This is our confidence guarantee and your privacy will be treated with total respect.

We request that in ALL instances you use an e-mail address supplied by your Internet Service Provider or a company/business address. The use of Hotmail, Yahoo, and other such e-mail accounts may lead to excessive delays in the shipment of your order, or non-shipment of order. This is in light of repeated non-deliverable e-mails with regards to order queries. We would also request that where possible, a landline daytime contact number is supplied as mobile numbers can also lead to delays in order shipment due to inability to contact the customer.


Returns, Repairs and Refunds

Heart Rate Monitors can be returned within 7 working days if they are returned un-used and un-damaged in any way (including packing). Cost of delivery will not be refunded, and Gym Ratz reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee from cost of purchase to cover administration costs. The Customer is responsible for goods returned and must ensure adequate compensation is taken out to cover loss or damage sustained in transit on return. No returns will be refunded without a returns number supplied by GymRatz on request. Unauthorized returns will only be returned on receipt of sufficient payment to cover cost of return postage and administration expenses.

ALL warranty repairs and product replacement of NEW and USED monitors are carried out directly by UK service agent Address as supplied with your Heart Rate Monitor. Monitors purchased from our retail premises in Bristol and purchased at the Internet price rather than "Our Regular Price" (as indicated on the web-site must also be returned directly to UK service agent at the customers expense)


Shipping Policy
All Heart rate Monitors are sent by Special delivery which is a guaranteed Next (working) Day service. On the occasion if we are out of stock of a particular monitor, it will be shipped as soon as stock is available. Packing, Posting & Insurance is charged at £3.95 for all UK orders. International orders are charged at cost, details of which are e-mailed to the customer prior to order processing.


NOTE - The use of hotmail, yahoo, or other "disposable" e-mail accounts may lead to delays of order processing or indeed non processing of orders due to the frequency of which e-mails are non-deliverable to these accounts.

Please also note we will ONLY ship Heart Rate Monitors to the card holder at the card holders registered address. The only other exception to the rule is where payment is made by direct bank transfer, bank details sent on request.

International orders outside the E. U. will be shipped excluding 17.5% VAT This will be deducted at point of sale when payment details and and cost of shipping has been confirmed. All International orders MUST be paid by bank transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted for any International orders.

AMERICA - We do not ship any goods to the U.S.

Finally...... Due to our incredibly low prices, we are often asked whether the our Heart Rate Monitors come with transmitter belt, case and instructions etc.
ALL our Heart Rate Monitors come from the respective UK Distributor they are the full and complete HRM package and are not 2nd hand or repaired models as some competitors have tried to imply.
