Leather fingerless Bag MittsA pair of these fingerless bag gloves lurk in the bottom of my gym bag. When I feel like a good sweat, they emerge, along with my skipping rope and I alternate bag work and skipping continuously for as long as possible. The fingerless Bag Gloves enable effective "controll" of the skipping rope, but even better is they allow for open handed techniques e.g. full power open hand "slaps" to the bag which are an extremely effective "minimal damage" knockout strike when done to the side of your opponents face.Note you can not use wraps with these mitts.
