The FTS (Fitness Training Series) Light Commercial gym equipment and STS (Strength Training Series) Commercial gym equipment are the kind of products that earnt York USA their renowned name. Both ranges offer great quality at an unbeatable price.

This really is a substantial piece of kit - the York FTS Power Cage is a cross between Body Solid's old (WPPR82) and new (GPR378) Pro Power Racks and offers benefits of both, but at a steeper price. Firstly, pin adjustment spotters and lift-offs (like WPPR82) allow for many more increment levels. Plus, lift-offs are already provided for both sides of the frame, which should be factored into the price. Secondly, it's a heavier construction - heavier in fact than the new Body Solid GPR378. Lastly, there's no additional attachments - not really a good thing, however, all point to the fact that the York Power Cage is designed with a commercial environment in mind. Personally, I would opt for the cheaper Body Solid GPR378 for home or our own GR-Power Rack for a gym
