Two sided half excercise ball (sometimes refered to as a Bosu Ball). The flat side is very similar to using a wobble board, an air dome's sometimes referred to as a wobble ball. Anyway, you've found the product you're looking for - half a swiss ball on a plastic mount. An air dome's most popular for use performing exercises such as lunges, plank, press-ups, squats, side-steps, ball compressions, sit-up with knee raise etc. Personally (Matt writing), I really like the air dome - it's a good piece of kit!
New Improved design now features a complete TPR anti-slip base to replace the rubber feetand a 5cm reduction in Dome height , which makes the Air Dome Pro II much better to use as a wobble board and for all exercises performed with the Dome to the floor.
Includes: eyelets for clipping on resistance tubes and an 8" hand pump to inflate the dome. Height: 21cm (6.5") when fully inflated. Base diameter 59cm Max user weight 140Kg (c. 300lb).
