I bought this as i have moved into a flat and didn't want to upset the people below me when using my bike. From asking Advice to Delivery Pete and Debs kept me up to date on everything.

So far no complaints from my Neighbour so must be working.

Delivery very fast. Excellent product

I have had this trainer for 12 months now and i love it.
Its great to throw in the case and take away on holiday as it saves a fortune on gym fees.
Only problem is that it could do with a bit more resistance, I can easily managed 60 to 70 reps for chest press type exercises
( great for toning ). I would definately buy another when ( if ) this one ever breaks...

Without having warmed up first, I must admit to being very cautious on what exercise I choose to demonstrate with these bands. The reason, they're really tough - tougher than you'd anticipate!

I took these (the XS Bands) to "pump up" with backstage at a bodybuilding contest last weekend and they're pretty awesome. It was just so much easier than lugging around various dumbells or flimsy bands that you have to do hundreds of reps with before achieving a "pump". A few other competitors tried them as well, "BLIMEY!" was their initial shock response as they struggled with a curl or lateral raise :-).

Considerably cheaper than TRX but sufficiently robust that I have confidence that the product will last.

I was most impressed with the prompt delivery and I know this product quite well so I know it is effective.
I do considerable rehabilitation and realignment work with my clients so I will certainly consider using Gym Ratz again for future products.

The gym ball arrived very quickly and is a good quality strong ball. It has a pump, two plugs (one spare) and a gubbin to extract the plug when need be. I am quite happy to trust my considerable weight to this ball, and hope it becomes less considerable ( my weight that is). Am very pleased with this and would highly recommend both the ball and the company for swift service

Got these as soon as they came in! Recommended them to all my friends. (I paid £50 and i thought that was value!) I did my research before buying some TRX and the only difference is the handles are solid knurled plastic rather than foam on the trx. And i think these are actually better. I've used them a lot to get that additional dimension to my training. Use them at the start of your workout! Trust, they are hard and take some getting used to. I went from 50 (or so) standard press-ups to 9 on these things. Bargain.

In order to give this weight lifting belt a true review I fished a medium sized belt from stock for my Jeans 34" Tape 36" waist and strapped myself in. I wanted to get a feel for the comfort in the situation it was most likely to dig in. i.e. an "Arse to Grass" full depth squat (or a true squat rather than the overloaded partials that most gym heroes call a squat).

So with our shop demo. Fat Bar loaded with a few 20's I fired out 20 reps.This belt was really easy to put on and tighten up. Yes I knew I was wearing a belt at the bottom of the squat as it was on the verge of starting to nudge it's way into the joint where leg meets body but I was deep and it wasn't uncomfortable or distracting.

Given that this was a new belt, off the shelf it was remarkably comfortable. I would expect with a few squat sessions it would become even more comfortable once the points of contact softened up a bit.

For the price it is un-beatable and gave full confidence in the squat.
Not a full 10 stars yet as I would need to review it after it had been broken in a bit more but for the money, even if it only lasts a year or two it's great value and does what a lifting belt is supposed to do.

These resistance bands feel sturdy and durable, the outer sheath doing a good job to protect the band itself. The sheath does limit the max stretch, but that is probably a good thing. I've found them ideal for light resistance workout at home, whilst taking up next to no room.

Bought these for my girlfriend, who is not afraid of weights and kettle bells in the gym. She loved the design and colour and said they fit really well and are comfortable too.

For the price incredibly good value. Getting the straps to the same lengths is not as easy as with trx, Adjusting is easy if not as precise.

Excellent product. Simple to use. Protects my sore wrist. As always excellent service from Gymratz. Arrived next day. If you want the best products, go to a pukka company and Gymratz always provides top products and top service. One of many items I purchased from them over the years.

good service from company, product arrived the next day, being Xstrong I found it works well but wish there was a stronger one.

Very good quality, obviously much better out of the box than cheaper ones I've had in the past. Well worth a few extra quid.

These straps are comfortable and tough. Also, they provide good friction so that the bar does not slip, unlike other cloth or nylon straps

I'm not typically one to wear gloves, however, most people reading this do, particularly those that participate in high-friction exercises like kettlebell swings etc. Therefore, I feel it's important to point out how good these gloves are. Most gloves on the market are poorly produced and ill-fitting at best. These men's gloves are contoured very well (comfortable fit & not too baggy in the palm) and are high-quality (precise stitching and made from good-quality materials).

P.S. One very nice feature's the 3 extended leather tabs on each glove, which makes them far easier to take off.

These are good quality training gloves. They are well made, fit well and I like the strips that let you take them off easier. A well priced pair of gloves too.
