After searching the web for the product I wanted (ForceUSA G12 + JMC Adjustable Bench) I contacted Gym RatZ by phone.

Pete is a very helpful guy and tried his best to give me a good price, but also made sure the items reached me next day.

When confirming the order by email he also took the time to explain to me in detail some helpful tips on assembling the item.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Gym RatZ to my friends.

Both the bench and the Monster G12 are excellent quality, very well made and the perfect match for each other.

After waiting a while on the list. From order to delivery was quick. Packed very well, bubble wrap protected pieces well. No issues with any piece broken or damaged. Instructions were awful. Youtube videos helped a lot. Pulleys are smooth, smith bar as well. A little pulley lube made it smoother. The included chains should levitate any problems with the pulleys. A step by step assembly video link wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. Overall. I totally dig it. My 3 teenage sons and I are going to have years of use out of this.

Overall the G12 is a well built and thought-out workout system - though not without some minor issues. All-in-all it is an absolute compliment to any home gym. After months of gym closures and not having access to a majority of gym equipment, it will most definitely get a lot of use.

1 - The assembly directions leave a lot to be desired and there aren't good descriptions or labelling of some smaller parts that you can confuse with others. Do some YouTube searches and find a few videos of people putting it together for assembly tips and tricks. It will safe you some time.

2- It's great that it comes with so many pulls and bars, but some are just not the best quality. They definitely get the job done, but after spending close to 6k for a machine (tax & delivery) they feel a little cheap and hollow. Serious gym rats will want to buy some heavier duty bars and pulls.

3 - The smith machine function is smoooooth! I'm lucky that I'm short - I can see how a taller person may run out of room at the top end.(*)

4 - Assembly can easily be done by one person but two makes it much easier and faster.

Overall the G12 is an outstanding edition to my home gym and I look forward to many years of use.

(*) Editors Note: Having installed a great many of these units we fully test all aspects of the machine before leaving site and at 6'2" I have never found an issue with the Smith Machine on any unit as there is more than enough clearance for squats.
Somone significantly taller might reach a point of limitation but that's the beauty of the half-rack lift-offs and arms, there is no limit.  If the machine was any taller it wouldn't fit into most UK rooms or garages so I don't feel the reviewers point is particularly valid.

Amidst the pandemic, Force USA couldn't have been more transparent with availability and ordering. Once you order, these reviews are 100% accurate. It comes quick. Mine came within 6 business days.
It's a great all in one machine. I'm glad I was warned beforehand about the lat pull down and pulling early. Yes, it could be longer.
There are a few cons:
1.) Lateral raises and standing shoulder exercises are tough. Particularly if you're taller (I'm 6'2"). The weight stack will hit the top before you reach full extension. For those exercises, I drop to my knees for full extension or I do them seated.
2.) It takes a very long time to put together and the directions could be clearer. In some instances, the directions are incorrect, but you figure it out. If you purchase this machine, purchase a ratchet set and purchase a drill with a ratchet attachment. It will save you hours.
These cons are minor compared to what this is done for my life. As long as this machine and my other home gym equipment are operational, I will never go to a gym again. Ever.

Incredible machine. I have a small personal training gym and this fills the need to have 10 different stand-alone machines. Shipped a few days after ordering and customer service was super helpful.

Like the other reviews - be prepared to spend some time putting it together. Took my 10 hours by myself..

Overall I love my new G12. The functional trainer, smith machine, and the power rack all work as advertised. The assembly directions could have been better, but my wife and I got it together with minimal issues. The absolute only real complaint that I have with this entire machine is the J-hooks. They do have the inserts that help protect your bar, but they also have a giant screw right where you barbell could hit when you're re-racking it. Seems counter productive. This thing would be perfect if the j-hooks were a bit larger and had some kind of padding or some other means of protection where that screw is. That being said, let me reiterate that I am still happy that I made the purchase. The versatility of this thing is unmatched and although I haven't had it very long it seems like it was built to last a long time.

Ordered Monday and it was delivered Saturday! I wasn't expecting that and I was pleasantly surprised.
The unit is well built, solid, and feels like it will last a long time. Polly system is smooth and feels great.
The only downside is that you have to go 10-pound increments, I wish there was a 5-pound weight add on to be able to change that.
(Editor Note: The G6 with 2:1 pulley ratio changes the 10lb increments to 5lb increments)
Overall I am super happy with my purchase. highly recommended.

There's a way to work almost every part of your body with this thing. Everything was packaged perfectly inside of two wooden boxes. You could actually unload everything out of them yourself since not one item is that significantly heavy or require two people. However, It would require double the amount of trips to and from the area you plan on placing this and having two people is recommended just to get things rolling in a timely manner. Be well prepared in putting this together. This is an over-engineered machine that is well thought-out to maximize the possibilities with it. You will have to be able to comprehend diagrams pretty well for everything to go smoothly. Once you see the finished product and test everything out, you're gonna smile.

I’ll start by saying that this is my first review ever, but I had to do it. I have been doing my research for over a month on different workout machines before I decided to go for the Monster G12 machine, it’s not cheap but once you see what you get for your money, it’s worth it, they have mastered every detail. The weights this machine brings are more than enough, also you can add some plates to the storage bars. I agree with other reviews that the full length pull of the cable system needs to be 1-2ft longer because Its very easy to bottom out if you don't start your pull as soon as you feel tension on the cable but once you get used to it you make it work. I bought the my bench which also includes a separate leg developer and height adjustable preacher curl attachment, but I would have loved to have the lat pull down seat which is only available for the G3. The customer service this company has is impeccable. All I can say about this equipment isn’t enough to describe how good it is. ForceUSA has a customer for life with me.

This machine is the top level commercial gym type of machine you've always dreamed of for your home gym. Or I'm just speaking for myself...
Top quality engineering, machining, welds and usefulness. The only exercise you can't get in on this is a dumbbell workout and leg extension. Other than that, the possibilities are almost endless.
Seriously a top quality machine and engineered masterfully.
I can't, and won't stop talking about this machine, for as long as I'm into the gym life.

After my local closed due to Covid 19, I re-evaluated my workout costs. I figured that I could save so much money buying this machine and my two teenage boys (13 & 15) could also make use of it. The cost of travelling to my gym on top of the membership makes this completely worth it! Just need to get used to putting things together & becoming familiar with it!

I purchased the Monster G9 two weeks ago. I researched this product line for a month until making my purchase. It is difficult making a £3K purchase without the ability to try it out before you buy. Overall, I am very pleased with the G9 and the amazing convenience it provides to basically have a full gym right in my garage. The assembly was not too bad, but the instructions could be a little better. In all, it took me approx. 8 hours to assemble and I did all of it with exception of one step on my own (needed someone to hold the pull up bar while I bolted it into place).
The quality of the G9 and all the attachments are second to known. The amount of various exercises I can perform is amazing and I feel safe while doing so. My wife and kids (age 10 & 11) all can use the machine for their own purposes/goals, and it has been nice seeing the family workout.
The smith machine is great and feels like one of the best quality setups I have ever used.

I’m done with the commercial gym scene. I can’t believe I waited this long to pursue a home gym. The ForceUSA G9 fit the budget and allows me to do all my favorite workouts out home. We had the Force USA G6 installed by GymRatZ November 2020. We'd initially been looking at a half rack, bench and small selection of dumbbells, space wise we were limited having tops 3m X 2.5m available space. As we all wanted to make use of the gym (husband, two teenage sons and myself) the project was causing arguments owing to the diversity of our strength and abilities. The G6 has turned out to be the perfect solution for us. The smaller plate loading increments are ideal for our youngest son (14) . The Smith bar means that I can emulate the free bar work that the boys do almost daily. We didn't expect to get so much out of our small space, you can certainly do a complete body workout using only this multi gym. Highly recommended, great service and product from GymRatZ

So ... I'm loving my G12. Having spent months trying to decide which Force unit to buy I finally decided to treat myself and purchase the G12 Monster. Thank you to Pete and Steve for enabling my super quick delivery and installation request - within 4 days of placing order - Wow! Hope to be back soon for a rowing machine just need to save some more pennies :)

Absolutely brilliant. Extremely happy with this machine. Yes there was a bit of a wait but the wait was well worth it in the end.

If you really want the ForceUSA G12 but don't feel you'd use all the packaged accessories and don't want to wait such a long time for stock to come back into the UK I'd strongly suggest this, the new ForceUSA F100 is the one to go for.
Don't forget to get a quote for install if you're not confident about self assembly.
