perfect bar for powerlifting, very comparable to higher priced european alternatives.

They were not large enough to offer a challenge and would suit a smaller hand.

GymRatZ Note:  I think you might be using them incorrectly. You would be better off with hand grippers rather than clips to keep weights on a barbell.  ;¬)

All I need to say is: if you're dithering over whether the Texas Power Bar could be worth the extra cost over a basic bar, dither no longer.

This is a great bar for deadlifting and is used as a competition bar by several powerlifting federations. The knurling is good and as the bar is thinner and longer than some others, thus enabling heavier weights to be lifted. Excellent service from Gym Ratz - ordered the bar on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday morning.

Believe me I've tried them all but always return to this one, it does what it say's, energy up !! weight down !! no unpleasant side effects ( unless you take to near bed time and want to sleep !!) gives extra boost in the gym and if your sensible ( its not an excuse to eat ''crap'') you'll defo see results. I've gone from size 18 to 10 admittedly hard work but i'm 100% sure the inferno helped enormously. (confirmed customer)
