Ceiling Hook
Matt writing. A traditionl-style heavy-duty ceiling hook, so you can un-hook your punchbag fairly easily if required. The Ceiling Hook also features a ball-bearings swivel, which should help to reduce wear-and-tear. Ideally suited for use with heavy punchbags in the gym or at home.
