Sphere/Ball/Globe Grip cable handle (x1)

This cast ball is supplied with a carabiner to allow connection to the cables of your cable machine. The ball can also be used as a pull-up grips when purchased/used as a pair with the 37cm webbing strap (included with this item).  Diversity of grip / Multi directional grip may aid grip strength, finger strength and forearm development.

Ball may also be used as grip handle for chains or loading pins or pull up grip

Each ball has approx 67mm diameter and weighs approx .5kg
