Multi-adjustable Lying Bench Row/ Prone Bench. Adjusts either end for varying row positions as well as allowing knee pad adjustment (for comfort).

The incorporation of oval section tube for the framework and rubber feet means all Exigo Commercial Resistance Machines and Strength Training Equipment will match even the most modern commercial gym stations.

Exigo training stations are made as default with Silver/Grey frame and Black upholstery. These colours also typically have the shortest lead times, but, if you have specific colour requirements, we should be able to help.
