Selectorised Abdominal Machine. Solid construction from heavy gauge steel. Selectorised (weight stack) Ab. Machines are always a gym favourite and provide a good method of increasing resistance when exercising your abdominals. Our Selectorised Ab Machine is ideal for a health club full of resistance machines.
Our Abdominal Crunch Machine has two separate pivot points drawing the shoulders down towards the hips and the knees up towards the shoulders giving the perfect crunch movement.
With no setting up, our Abdominal Crunch Station is simple for anyone to get in and perform the most intense ab workout ever!
50 kg weight stack might not sound much but it is more than enough to seriously challenge even the most experienced athletes.
Compact space efficient design and two sets of twin roller bearings make this incredibly smooth to use.

In our experience, unless you specifically want 3 different colours for frame, upholstry and stitching we find using a stitching colour to closely match the frame colour (where possible) produces a particularly good effect; example being orange frame and black upholstry with orange stitching. Stunning comes to mind but any combination of the above isn't a problem.
Please also note that "gun metal" covers a very wide range of colours and our gun-matel is much closer to black than grey.
