Information about the GymRatZ Half Rack
Often used to save space over a regular power rack, the Professional Half Rack is the ideal choice for a heavy-duty gym with limited room. Aside from the renowned GymRatZ build quality (note: 1000kg capacity), key features include ultra-close laser cut holes (for lift-offs), quick-change safeties, 8 olympic plate holders, 2 olympic bar holders and a chin bar.
Pete says: We chose a commercial half-rack for our own home gym and having used it for quite a few years now realise it was the perfect solution for our needs. While the actual floor space in virtual terms isn't significantly different to that of a power-rack the half rack is far less imposing in a more confined gym space. Having the weight and bar storage on the rear upright posts of the rack not only keeps the plates exactly where you need them but ensures plates get returned to their rightful place of rest.

* "Gun Metal" isn't a precise colour. The gun metal powder coat we use is almost black. rather than any sort of grey. If you're considering this colour option we have images we can send before you decide.
Typical Lead Time for Commercial "Made to order" items is around 4 to 5 weeks average depending on seasonal fluctuations.
