Matt writing. Designed for a mono (one) lift, the MonoLift is for powerlifters to achieve their absolute one rep. maximum for squat. The benefit over a rack is that the user does not have to shuffle their feet around after un-racking and re-racking the bar. For me, it's a near useless machine, however, powerlifters pushing new boundaries swear by them. Almost all viewers of this page, will have stumbled across it being familiar with a MonoLift and their use. For those of you unfamiliar with a MonoLift, you should note that several spotters are required to complete a lift.

* "Gun Metal" isn't a precise colour. The gun metal powder coat we use is almost black. rather than any sort of grey. If you're considering this colour option we have images we can send before you decide.
