Being plate loaded not only means this standing leg curl machine is much cheaper than a weight stack equivalent but it is very compact, both physically and visually.

Plate loaded not only means a significant saving in price but it also means that very small weight increments can be used unlike most weight stack machines which jump up in relatively large weight increments. 

Double width pads and rollers mean you can hit each leg consecutively without having to reposition your body as is often the case with some manufacturers standing leg curl machines.
