Information about the GymRatZ Portable Glute Ham Raise:
With many rugby clubs wanting to benefit from the excellent equipment we make, such as the Prowler and Glute Ham Bench, but not having the facilities of the top-level clubs to house them, we've been making a few alternative options. This far smaller glute ham raise, measuring only 50cm wide by 100cm, is not for the faint hearted. Unlike our traditional Glute Ham Bench, the set-up cannot be altered slightly to make the exercise ever-so-slightly easier, instead this is a straight reverse ham curl. Despite the smallness of this unit, it's still of industrial quality, so, although more portable than the original, it's heavy and built to last.
