We've always refered to this bench as an Abdominal Bench but in reallity it's more of a multi-use bench which can be used for decline dumbbell press. Perhaps more suited to such exercises than abdominal work as we'd previously described this bench.
However you choose to use this bench it's a heavy-duty full commercial unit as is all our GymRatZ equipment and will stand the test of time in the toughest of gyms.

- STITCHING: Black, Dark Grey, Grey, Bright Red, Orange, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Fawn, Green, Yellow, White.
In our experience, unless you specifically want 3 different colours for frame, upholstry and stitching we find using a stitching colour to closely match the frame colour (where possible) produces a particularly good effect; example being orange frame and black upholstry with orange stitching. Stunning comes to mind but any combination of the above isn't a problem.
Please also note that "gun metal" covers a very wide range of colours and our gun-matel is much closer to black than grey.

Typical Lead Time for Commercial "Made to order" items is around 4 to 6 weeks average depending on seasonal fluctuations.
