The Olympic Row Bar came about for use with our Laying Bench Row, allowing for an extra few inches of movement at the mid-point of the row. There's not too much to explain about the Olympic Row Bar as the shape is quite self-explanatory. Personally (Matt writing), I wouldn't suggest it for Bent-Over Rows (unless you stand on a box or use small diameter plates), as you'll lose too much travel at the start-point of the movement.
Olympic Row Bar spec.
- Made from 48mm tube. Note: Olympic Spring Clips are not suitable for use with this bar.
- Black powder-coat finish.
- For use with olympic (2") weight plates (sold separately).
- Raised handles for increased range-of-movement at mid-point of row.
- Designed to fit an olympic-width rack or bench (such as our Laying Bench Row).
