Olympic 6ft Squat Rack Bar (Black Oxide)

Our specialist Olympic 6ft Squat Rack Bar with internal width of 52", so ideal for use for explosive lifts and within a good-quality 46" wide rack or bench. This 6ft Olympic Squat Rack Bar also benefits from the excellent split sleeve design and an internal dual roll pin sleeve assembly to prevent the bar ends from loosening or detaching. The black oxide finish is more durable and decreases the liability associated with the chipping, cracking or peeling common with the use of cheap bright chrome as found one some chinese bars.

Note: All other 6' Olympic bars we've found won't fit a regular width power rack or Olympic width bench. There are plenty of versions being sold as the same however we've heard stories from a very significant number of people that bought what they thought to be the same item only to find it didn't have the internal width required to fit their rack.

ALSO be very carefull as there is an Aluminium version of this bar available which shouldn't be used with any more than 10Kg each side !

  • Fits 46" wide racks & benches.
  • Black Oxide Shaft
  • Suitable for explosive lifts.
  • Bar weight approximately 14Kg but this is not a callibrated bar so weight may vary from bar to bar.
  • Grip is 30mm thick.
  • Weight capacity of 350kg (GymRatZ note: although you will not fit this much weight on the bar!).

great product .. Reduced plate loading on this 6ft bar but loads more bar mobility in cramped garage and due to its design fits on my rack with a couple inches to spare . Nice black finish to boot

I have to say this product is top quality and the black finish looks awesome. It's worth mentioning that the product photos, simply do not do this item justice.

The bar was way over what I wanted to pay but now I have it, I am very happy with my purchase because the quality really is excellent!

Perfect for confined spaces

Due to space restrictions I needed a solid 6ft bar, but with an internal width that would fit a rack comfortably. It fits the rack with a couple of inches to spare, and is a hefty, well made, solid bar (i.e.; not a training bar). Loving the black finish as well. Ordering was easy, and it arrived quickly.

Olympic International 6 Ft

This bar is excellent - I bought it to fit my new Powertec Half Rack and it fits perfectly...The 7ft bar would allow me to add more weight but I have limited space so this is the perfect choice. Price wan't bad when you see the quality of construction. I unfortunately cannot rate it as the rate it control isn't working and is stuck on 0. But I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 (Pete's Note - Star rating script now fixed and amended)
