As pictured, the lifting platform's built-in to the Power Rack, allowing a true surface for safe squatting and further explosive lifts (such as cleans & deadlifts) outside of the Power Rack.
This Lifting Platform can be used with any of our GymRatZ Power Cages (Animal Cage etc) it is 50mm thich with a solid wooden centre
The Power Rack Lifting Platform Option is available to purchase at the same time as the GymRatZ Power Rack.
