Powerbag ARMOUR Sandbag Shell
Powerbag ARMOUR Sandbag Shell
Matt writing. The Powerbag Armour is a cross between a traditional sandbag shell and a powerbag. Dropping the comfortable foam padded lining of a regular Powerbag, the Armour is more dynamic - making it much more awkward to lift. An increase in grab handles (7of) makes the Armour easier to grab though, compared to a strongman sandbag. As the Powerbag Armour has no padding, an empty bag can be folded flat for travelling and only weighs around 730g. Once you've got to your destination, it can be filled (note: with kiln dried sand, not supplied) upto 28kg.
The choice on whether you opt for a Powerbag Armour may largely depend on whether you want a Powerbag or a Sandbag Shell. In essence, the Armour is closer to a Sandbag Shell than a Powerbag, but having the same high-quality finish and lots of grab handles make it a good introduction for sandbag training for say a bootcamp or similar.
