What Powerblock have to tell you about their Pro 90s

The PowerBlock PRO range is classed as a full commercial product and is covered by a full-commercial warranty making it suitable for all manner of training environments although this Pro 90 set isn't really suited to the travelling P.T. although it would find favour in a small PT studio where space was limited.

Weight adjustments are made with the weight selector pin to engage or disengage weight plates, These Pro 90 dumbbells don't use extra weights within the handles for the incremental weights but they have 2 different handles as seen on the image above. A 5lb handle and a 10lb handle give pretty much a 2.5kg difference so effectively the used uses the same selector pin position but chooses the 5lb or the 10lb handle depending on weight requirement. 
All sounds confusing but with the included commercial stand which holds the extra set of handles it ensures weight changes are straightforward and the weight indicator sticker on each handle references the colour coding of the plates so there's no doubt as to which weight/handle combination is required.

• Side Rails: The color bands on the rails correspond with the weight chart on the handle to show what will be selected.
