Swiss Bar

We've been using this bar regularly for nearly two years now, and it's sturdy build feels like it's good for another twenty. This bar takes a large amount of stress out of the shoulders when pressing, but also is slightly more unstable than a straight bar so it forces more tension in the grip, which is great!
