We've supplied thes dumbells for a very long time now, mostly through our great value Fire Station Dumbell Pack that was put together specifically for the fire service who weren't allowed dumbbells heavier than 25Kg due to Health and Safety issues (can you really belive that?  but it's true)  so we know they are more than adequate the light commercial use for which they are guaranteed but also very capable for full commercial use providing they aren't subjected to the modern trend of "it's cool to smash weight on the floor" that so many gym owners see as acceptable behaviour...
