The same superbly comfortable Seated Calf Raise we've been selling for years, but now offered with the addition to perform Dorsi Flexion station to work the tibialis anterior muscles (shin muscle) As Dorsi Flexion isn't a common exercise, many experienced trainers reading this will struggle to perform 20 reps with no weight. Well, it's time to sort that out - train every muscle in the gym & add the GymRatZ Seated Calf Raise/Dorsi Flexion station to your gym equipment arsenal.
The large diameter ‘Tube' style foot platform gives a far more natural feel than the traditional flat, box section style that normally results in your feet sliding off as you perform the set.
Fully adjustable for all leg lengths and can be loaded super heavy although given it's a muscle that is always overlooked we don't think many athletes will get close to the maximum loading capacity of the station.
