GQ Selectorised Assisted Chin and Dip station

A quite brilliant new version of the assisted chin and dip station is certainly a positive treatment for your triceps. It's 100kg weight stack counter balances the user in order to give them a top notch workout. With non slip foot platforms the machine guarentee's users to workout in the most efficient and safe way.

An alternative way of performing assisted chins and dips is to use resistance bands tethered to the pull-up bar which you can hook your feet into to give greater or lesser assistance depending on band thickness.
