A high quality machine that targets the glute muscles in a way that involves the legs swinging backwards. The machine works one leg at a time and with the 100kg weight capacity, it allows you two get a great workout on your glutes. Also the weight stack provides resistance that allows the machine to suit users of various heights and sizes.
