GQ Selectorised Pectoral Fly

High quality full commercial Pec/Flye station. Made from top grade european oval steel to enhance the shape and design of this classic bit of gym equipment.
The Pec/Flye machine is a great alternative to regular dumbbell flyes and tends to reduce the chance of "cheating" during the exercise; also, as with all selectorised machines performing drop-sets by rapid switching of selected weight makes for a killer final chest exercise to burn out the pecs after bench press or use as a pre-exhaustion exercise BEFORE bench-press especially if triceps are still recovering from a previous workout,
