How to make your Build-Your-Own Crossfit rig even better? Just accessoise it. The step platform has been re-developed and re-launched to go with the new range of StrengthGear Modular Rig components.

Due to the design of this rig accessory it should NOT be used for plyometric jumps (Box jumps etc) as it doesn't afford the support required and the risk of personal injury and equipment damage from a missed or failed jump is too great however as a support for single leg exercises such as step-ups, pistol or single leg squats, elevated feet press-ups and so on, it is perfect.
