Rig System 1

No Workout rig is complete unless it has lift-offs or J-Hooks and safety spot arms.
These two inexpensive additions turn a basic workout rig into a worout rig with squat and bench station.

1 pair of Lift-Off hooks and you're good to go.  Ad a few pairs and use opposite sides of the rig as stations for Olympic bar work.
