Soft Plyometric Boxes (Set of 4)

Soft Plyometric Boxes - Commercial Grade (set of 4)

This package includes 4 boxes. The individual box sizes are as follows: 12" 18" 24" and 6" with a combined height of 5 foot or 152cm. The soft plyo boxes are made from an incredibly high density foam and covered in a hard wearing, tear ressistant and non-skid vinyl. A key benefit of the foam is that it's great for absorbing impacts during landings etc. For many athletes and everyday clients alike, one of the shortcomings with pylo and jump training is the large volume of stress that is forced through the feet, ankles, knees & and hips; these foam boxes minimise this hindrance considerably.
Features:

  • Soft and impact resisstant surface reduces stress on joints during landing;
  • Boxes can be stacked on top of each other and held in place by strong hook and loop velcro strips;
  • Unique stackable design minimises space required;
  • Very light therefore easy to move around.
