Each cast ball weight is supplied with a 37cm webbing strap and carabiner for use with rack or chin frame allowing the user to perform pull ups with diversity of grip. Multi directional grip may aid grip strength, finger strength and forearm development.

Ball may also be used as grip handle for chains or loading pins or as a cable handle

This item is for a pair of sphere/globe grips.

Each ball has approx 67mm diameter and weighs approx .5kg
