GymRatZ cast iron 7.5Kg standard plates come in a box of 4 (2 pairs) so total weight being 30Kg.
Our weights have a black finish and are suitable for any home or commercial gym. Virtually indestructible they should last a life-time.
Are all standard 7.5Kg weights the same?
No, far from it. We have noticed that some Marcy weights actually have a bigger hole than the standard 25mm (1") If you have Marcy dumbell handles you may find that only Marcy plates will fit so best to check first.
The bulk of the cast weights and steel bars used in weightlifting are manufactured in China the most import thing when picking weights is that the weights weigh what they should, are labeled appropriately, finished to a good standard and they can stand up to the pounding of a home or commercial gym which they can.
These cast standard weights come 4 to a box so purchase 1 item for 2 pairs.
