Are all standard 15Kg weights the same?
The bulk of the cast weights and steel bars used in weightlifting are manufactured in China the most import thing when picking weights is that the weights weigh what they should, are labeled appropriately, finished to a good standard and they can stand up to the pounding of a home or commercial gym which they can.

The narrower 5ft bar is better suited to performing exercises such as bicep curls or narrow grip upright rows, although for general use a 6ft or 7ft standard bar will be put to greater use. |
