Studio Aerobic Step includes platform and 4 feet, allowing adjustment to 11cm, 16cm or 21cm. Both feet and base have non-slip pads. This is a big step so might be suitable for use as small bench - light aerobic work advised. You can, should you desire make the platform higher by purchasing an extra pair of feet .
