TriaTrainer 3-in1 Adjustable Bench (Oak)

Manufactured from distinctive oak wood this TriaTrainer made in Germany by NOHRD is a multi-functional bench designed to compliment the natural beauty of both the regular Oak WaterRower and the British Rowing Oak WaterRower (made in USA) not to mention the rest of the range of quite luxurious, but very functional designer gym equipment.

The Oak TriaTrainer isn't a heavy-duty weight training bench for the hard-core home gym enthusiast, nor is it a physically heavy bench weighing in at just 14kg it's more in keeping with a home fitness studio, yoga, pilates, or calisthenics style of training. Perfect for a more "boutique" class of personal training studio or "eco" friendly or Scandanavian styled gym.

Offering 3 positions from 2 x hinged joints and an adjustable foot brace the NOHRD TriaTrainer Oak Bench is the perfect bench for training core muscles by way of crunches and glute/lower back raises and lighter duty resistance training this oak bench makes the perfect addition for anyone that already has the space-saving oak or British Rowing WaterRower or is considering the purchase of such.

Oak being a naturally harder wood than both Ash and Cherry typically has a tighter grain pattern but as with all the woods used in the WaterRower and NOHRD range the oak will gracefully age and darken in colour. This aging process is more prevalent during the early years of exposure so even if the out-of-the-box unit is lighter than other oak furnishings and equipment it will gracefully catch up as the years pass.

For something really special though you can't beat the American Walnut for both grain and colour.

All TriaTrainers are available with a faux-leather (Vegan friendly) upholstry in black which is the version typically held in UK stock for quick delivery, or black "real" leather which is a made to order product and as such would under normal circumstances be available on a 6 week lead time.
