GymRatZ Universal Gym Flooring Roll (5mm)

While our Fitness First flooring has been immensely popular over the years with the likes of Navy, RAF and Millitary bases where demand for the very toughest and hardest wearing rubber gym flooring was the only option, the price of such quality typically left it beyond the reach of more budget restricted commercial gyms who typically prefer to cover a weights area with our 16mm interlocking premium gym tiles for example and utilise the ramp-edges to a far more economical general floor surface such as commercial carpet tiles, lino or wood etc.

Now we have another option which makes a fully covered rubber gym floor a viable option.

Our GymratZ Universal Gym Flooring Roll is 5mm thick (compared to the 10mm or 12mm of our Fitness First range) but manufactured in a similar way affording a non-slip, tough and durable floor/equipment protective surface.

Not quite able to handle the same degree of abuse that our "skate, spike, stud proof" FitnessFirst rubber flooring is up to but vastly more capable than the typical low-grade 3mm budget rubber you can find for sale. 

GymRatZ Universal Gym Flooring Roll is made from Natural Rubber (NR) and Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) which has excellent sound absorption properties (compared to hard floor surfaces) and reduces shock and impact damage of weights being moved around the gym.

Due to being a lighter weight flooring we would suggest this rubber flooring is bonded to the floor substrate to elliminate posible movement in a dynamic gym enviroment.
Manufacturers recommend a 2-part vinyl adhesive such as ADESILEX G19 available from most contract flooring companies.
