This unit can be purchased as the 60cm x 60cm (20cm deep) punching target alone, or, for different height users, can be purchased with adjustable sliders (110cm). This is an option at time of purchase only (please see drop down menu)!
As well as jabs, the pyramid shaped target is ideal for practising hooks and uppercuts.
