Smaller increment Olympic Training "fractional" Plates from Werk San Weightlifting.

These Coloured Metal Training Plates are the perfect compliment to any of the Werksan range of plates or indeed anyone simply wanting a high quality set of smaller increment olympic plates.

Training plates are called as such as although they're made to the same high quality and extremely tight tollerances of "competition" plates they aren't callibrated as such which means they are made for club and training use rather than official competitive use.

These Werk San Olympic Weightlifting Metal Training Disks are made from Chrome Nickle Steel.
