International “Multi-Hex” Trap / Shrug Bar.

The main difference between York Barbell's International “Multi-Hex” Trap / Shrug Bar compared to other Trap Bars is the unique “Rock & Rack” kickstand feature that functions like a bar jack enabling the user to load and unload plates with ease. To illustrate this, it's probably best that you watch the video demonstration below:
With the ease of loading, it should be remembered that the International “Multi-Hex” Trap / Shrug Bar is therefore somewhat on the large side, significantly larger than the Watson Gym Equipment Olympic Trap Bar, so, it's not really the bar you can tuck away in the corner. Ideally, you'll want a designated workout station within your gym, similar to the platform set-up shown in the video demonstration.
