Ideal teaching / training plates from York Barbell. These Solid Rubber Bumper Plates weigh 5Kg each with a 45cm diameter to keep the bar at a standard height when practicing and teaching olympic lifts. Suitable for professional and club use.
Please be aware that being 45cm diameter these training plates will always have a degree of warp to them. Their purpose is to lift the bar to a standard height for practicing lifts for younger and/or weaker individuals and therefore any warping of the plates is not a manufacturing fault or defect.

If you want a super tough solid rubber bumper plate without compromising on performance and longevity then look at our colour coded solid rubber bumper training plates, but if you want an economical alternative then these might just be what you're after.

Note: York Solid Rubber Bumper Plates have a distict smell of rubber due to manufacturing process however the smell will reduce over time.
