York Barbell Technique Box

This professional grade beveled Technique Box adds to the range of Plyometric Boxes from York Barbel.

Made from 22mm thick Oak, finished with tough polyurethane varnish with a 12mm dense rubber top makes for a confidence inspiring stack for partial lifts or when the athlete has impaired lifting range.

Can be used by it's self or with any combination of the rest of the York stackable plyo box range.

This technique box has a moulded scoop to cradle an Olympic sized plate such as the York Solid Rubber Training Plate. This will center the bar and weight every time making sure the next lift is in the correct position

All boxes are 600mm square and manufactured for professional use. Sold singularly (order x 2 for a pair)
