20kg Power Keg by Raze

Introducing the PowerKeg by Raze Fitness. Keg training, an exercise that up until a few years ago would only be undertaken in strongman gyms has found a following, not suprisingly, in Crossfit gyms and functional training facilities across the world.

Dynamic Total Body Workout - The Powerkeg is not stable or balanced making working out with this piece of equipment awkward and challenging. The Keg features 4 hand holes, two at the top and two at the bottom allowing it to be picked up vertically or horizontally.

Raze have partially filled their Kegs with sand so the user will be constantly shifting and compensating with their stance and body movements when lifting or carrying theis equipment.

Overhead Press the Power Keg, Carry the Power Keg, Bearhug the Power Keg, Shoulder the PowerKeg, Roll the Power Keg for a great strength building work out.

Power Kegs are made of strong durable plastics and are completely waterproof making them ideal for outdoor use. They should not be thrown.
