Information about the GQ Olympic Military Shoulder Press Bench
Including spotter feet as standard, this olympic bench allows for use performing military press (behind neck) and shoulder pressing. Not a common item in a gym, so a definite USP for free-weight stalwarts.
The incorporation of oval section tube for the framework and rubber feet means all Exigo Commercial Resistance Machines will match even the most modern commercial gym stations.
Exigo training stations are made as default with Silver/Grey frame and Black upholstery. These colours also typically have the shortest lead times, but, if you have specific colour requirements, we should be able to help.
