Information about the GymRatZ Free Standing Shoulder Press Bench
The Free Standing Shoulder Press Bench is a great piece of kit and, unfortunately, missing from most gyms. I personally prefer barbell and dumbell presses standing, but I'm aware of peoples tendency to arch their back and a supported seated position is subsequently preferred. It must be remembered that most people can shoulder press comfortably with an adjustable bench in its upright stance, however, the Free Standing Shoulder Press Bench features a low slung back rest for free range of movement, which does make for a more comfortable movement and better support, especially for those with well developed back and shoulders.

In our experience, unless you specifically want 3 different colours for frame, upholstry and stitching we find using a stitching colour to closely match the frame colour (where possible) produces a particularly good effect; example being orange frame and black upholstry with orange stitching. Stunning comes to mind but any combination of the above isn't a problem.
Please also note that "gun metal" covers a very wide range of colours and our gun-matel is much closer to black than grey.
