Information about the GymRatZ Multi-Yoke Station
Multi-use strongman station. In essence, press/ squat stands with safeties, but can also be used as a lifting yoke or sled too. Ideal for strongman-style/ functional training and suitable for the most demanding of users. I can already see these popping up in the new functional-training-style gyms. I'd love to have a set-up with a couple of these alongside our Car Deadlift Frame. Optional attachments, such as our Heavy-Duty Dipping Bars and Log Lift-Offs, are suitable for use with our Strongman Multi-Functional Station, see 'You will also want'.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
