GymRatZ Outdoor CrossFit Rig
Here's a recent design for the military: an all-encompassing CrossFit-style rig suitable for use outdoors. In short, it's a 4m by 2m base rig with Monkey Bars the length of it. Then, three Power Racks are added-in - two opposite one another and the third opposing a 12 ft tall Climbing Wall with a Punchbag Arm offset to it. The two Power Racks adjacent to one another are separated by a 1.5m 4 bar Rig Wing. In addition, there's a Step, Dip, and Grappler Attachment. The entire frame is galvanised to ensure many years of rust-free use outdoors in the harshest of climates.
GymRatZ Outdoor CrossFit Rig specification:
- Monkey Bars (length of rig).
- 1.24m Power Rack Add-ins.
- 1.5m Wing (4 bar).
- Grappler.
- Step Attachment.
- Punchbag Arm (excludes punchbag!).
- 12ft Tall Bespoke Climbing Wall.
- Galvanised for outdoor-use.
- Price includes Delivery & Site Installation* (*most areas of England - price to be confirmed).
This is a made-to-order ("special order") item. We estimate a lead time of 4 weeks.
NOTE: Should you require the same rig for indoor-use in your CrossFit box, we can happily make you a version that is not galvanised and it'll cost you a little less too. Please contact us for pricing.

Build Your Own CrossFit Training RigWe've been making custom CrossFit training rigs for a while. Often, CrossFit clubs have certain space or layout requirements in mind and making custom items to fit the space or required layout can be both costly and require far greater waiting times - not good if you're opening a new gym soon. |
GymRatZ CrossFit Workout RigWhen we introduced the 'Build Your Own' CrossFit Training Rig, we (Gym Ratz) were presented with a diagram of available accessories - I uploaded said diagram (above) as it gave a comprehensive example of what can be achieved, plus, I quite liked the set-up. Well, other people did too |
