Pro-Style Lat Bar 38" Cable Handle
Pro-Style Lat Bar 38" Cable Handle
Ideal for performing lat pulldowns to the front or wide grip seated rows, allowing you to perform a greater range of movement than with a narrower grip cable handle, such as the Seated Row/ Chinning Combo Bar or Dual Purpose Bar. The Pro-Style Lat Bar is available in two sizes - Pro-Style Lat Bar 24" or Pro-Style Lat Bar 38". Of course, the same exercises can be performed using a regular grip (rather than hands turned inwards) on a regular lat pulldown bar, such as our Heavy-Duty Lat Pulldown Bar, but it's nice to have a change in our opinion.
Suitable for use with most Lat Pulldown or Low Row stations with the aid of a carabina clip.

Pro-Style Lat Bar 38" Cable Handle
New twist on lat pulldownsReview submitted on 30th May 2015 by Adam Turner Great piece of kit. Adds a new dimension to the ordinary lat pulldown and/or seated row. Find it works the triceps a little harder and the chest muscles. Certainly recommend if you want to add variety to a routine. Would like a version where the outer handgrips rotate as with the single stirrup cable handle, but all in all, a great, sturdy product. |
